The winters first big long race is back for its 46th year. The Spring Thaw starts and finish's at North Parks iconic boathouse as we run 2, 3 or 4 counterclockwise loops around the lake.

About the Event
This years race will have a LIVE 10 mile option along with 5, 10, 15 & 20 mile virtual options. All runners will receive a 4 inch finishers medal, commemorative 1/4 zip pullover and custom bib.
