Join Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity and Lakeland Veterans Center as we honor our local
Veterans. A 5K run and 1 mile walk around the Lakeland Community College Campus on
Armed Forces Day.

After the run, stop by the Veterans Resources Fair with local organizations providing info and
resources for Veterans and families. Everyone is welcome!

Race Time:

• 10 am start for 5K

• 10:15 start for 1 Mile

 

Resource Fair: 9:30 am-12:30 pm

Location: Lakeland Community College, H Building

It’s more than just a run!

• Veterans’ Resource Fair with thirty (30) community organizations assembled to distribute

information on services and programs for our honored veterans and their families.

• Face painting for kids

• Food trucks operated by local servicemen.

• Military vehicles

 

All proceeds will go to support critical home repairs for Veterans in Lake and Geauga Counties.
